Norman S. Barber started the development and later sold it to Don Hudgins of Don Hudgins Properties LLC, who finished out the community by placing several hundred new doublewides within the community.
Don Hudgins is a certified Manufactured Housing Consultant and a Licensed Manufactured Home Dealer, who has spent over 45 years in the manufactured housing sector and his expertise in the field is unmatched.
